The EZ-100 Easy Mount Bracket Assembly takes all the hassle out of mounting traditional Speed Switches and Speed Sensors. The EZ-100 allows a Speed Switch or Speed Sensor to be mounted to a rotating shaft without the need of any additional brackets or hardware. When used with a Speed Switch, the unit can indicate any unwanted shaft slow-down, stoppage, or critical speed. When used with a Speed Sensor, the unit can send pulses directly to any device such as a Tachometer, Remote Speed Switch, Counter, PLC, etc.
Simply mount our M-Series Speed Switch or 907-Series Speed Sensor to the bracket assembly, center drill and tap the end of the monitored shaft, and install (screw on) the assembly on the shaft. The EZ-100 saves the time and expense of designing, machining, and installing additional mounting brackets. This assembly also saves time and money since the installation will be simple and identical for all applications. The EZ-100 Bracket Assembly is rated for use up to a maximum of 300RPM.
