The EZ-SCP Easy Mount Bracket Assembly takes all the hassle out of mounting SCP-Series Speed Switches, and is ideal in new and retrofit applications. The EZ-SCP allows an SCP-Series Switch to be mounted to the end of a shaft without the need for any additional brackets or hardware. When used with the SCP-Series of Speed Switches, the unit can indicate unwanted shaft slow-down, stoppage, or critical speed.
Mount the SCP-Series Speed Switch to the bracket assembly, center drill and tap the end of the monitored shaft, and thread the assembly onto the shaft - It's that simple! The EZ-SCP saves the time and expense of designing, machining, and installing additional mounting brackets. The whole assembly moves with the shaft, compensating for typical shaft movement and vibration - no additional adjustment required. The EZ-SCP is rated up to a maximum of 300RPM.
