Bearing Temperature Sensors and
Belt Misalignment Products 

Bearing temperature Sensors  offer superior performance, ease of installation, and industry standard 4-20 mA outputs. All temperature sensors are factory calibrated and are available with various probe lengths, conduit adapters, and grease fittings.  Electro-Sensors offers Bearing Temperature Sensors that are Intrinsically safe for use in Class I (Grp C,D), Class II (Grp E, F, G).  Electro-Sensors also offers Bearing Temperature Sensors that are Dust-Ignition Proof with Class II (E,F,G) ratings that are designed for use with conduit and are reverse-wiring protected.

Threaded temperature sensors are used to monitor leg and conveyor belt misalignment with three versions of rub block doors.  All temperature sensors are factory calibrated and come with straight or right angled conduit adapters.  Electro-Sensors offers Temperature Sensors that are Intrinsically safe for use in Class I (Grp C,D), Class II (Grp E, F, G).  Electro-Sensors also offers Temperature Sensors that are Dust-Ignition Proof with Class II (E,F,G) ratings that are designed for use with conduit and are reverse-wiring protected.

Rub block doors and assemblies provide an easy mounting method for brass rub blocks. Rub blocks detect belt wandering which helps keep conveyors and bucket elevators operating efficiently. Brass rub blocks use a embedded temperature sensor to record any rubbing of the belt against the brass sensors.
