Pulse Generator Overview
Shaft Speed Targets are needed to generate a pulse for a Speed Sensor that is monitoring a shaft for RPM (Revolution Per Minute). Electro-Sensors Pulse Generators provide the shaft speed target needed for shaft speed detection with a sensor or switch. We have many options available for all your application needs including customizable split collar pulser wraps.

End of shaft mounting, non-contact sensing, material options include nylon, aluminum, PVC, and stainless steel. Magnets can be face or edge read and can produce a customized number of pulses, 10,000 rpm maximum speed.
Clamps tightly to the shaft when end-of-shaft mounting is inaccessible. Material options include PVC, aluminum, and stainless steel. Magnets are mounted on the the outside circumference. Pulses per revolution can be customized.
Kit includes NEMA C mounting ring, hardware magnet wheel and sensor. Available with single or bi-directional output, 60 or 120 pulses per revolution, NPN open collector output.
Rotary shaft encoders for use on slow shaft speed applications. High resolution digital pulse output and heavy-duty models. NPN open collector output or two square waves in bi-directional.
The EZ-18mm and the EZ-3/4in Easy Mount Bracket Assemblies are used with Electro-Sensors speed sensors to generate pulses or 4-20 mA signals for use with display meters, speed switches, or PLC inputs. Pulser Disc included.
