Machine Vibration Monitoring & Equipment Protection
Electro-Sensors offers industrial vibration sensors, vibration switches, tilt switches, and tilt switch systems designed to meet explosion-proof and dust-ignition proof requirements. Our vibration monitoring solutions help detect excessive or insufficient vibration to reduce unplanned downtime, prevent equipment damage, and monitor machine performance in demanding industrial environments.
The VS1/VS2 (XP) options are certified for use in Class I - Group C, D; Class II - Group E, F, G; Class III hazardous locations. The VT420 industrial vibration sensor provides a 4-20 mA output signal for real-time vibration monitoring and machinery performance data.

Products
VT420 are 2-wire loop-powered 4-20mA RMS vibration velocity sensors (per ISO 10816).
Model options include M12 connector or fixed cable and various measurement scales and frequency ranges.
Applications include equipment vibration measurement for normal operation, fault detection and preventive maintenance.
Monitors vibration to protect industrial machinery against failure associated with vibration levels above or below the trip point. VS1 is optimized for non-intentionally vibrating machinery; VS2 for intentionally vibrating machinery. Two output options: SPDT relay or isolated transistor output (may be connected sourcing or sinking). Two housing options: compact NEMA 4X and Class I and II rated explosion proof (XP).
Tilt switch system consisting of a control unit and sensing probe used to sense the presence or absence of any bulk material. Control unit will interface with any tilt switch probes.
Vibration monitor used to confirm normal operation of processes utilizing continuous vibration. DPDT 10 amp relay, optional 230 VAC operation.
