Shaft Speed Sensor Overview

Electro-Sensors offers many shaft speed sensors for virtually any environment. Our Hall-Effect and Magnetoresistive Sensors sense magnetic targets and work with our magnetic pulsers (DiscsWraps, and Wheels).   Our proximity sensors sense ferrous metal targets, including bolt-heads, screws, gearteeth and keyslots.  Our speed sensors monitor shaft speed of equipment and output data as PNP, NPN, or 4-20 mA signals.  The sensor data can be used by facilities to monitor machinery and safeguard equipment.  Monitoring shaft speed is a fundamental aspect of hazard monitoring and should be utilized by any facility with rotating shafts.

Products
